ماء المعكرونة

The kitchen steam note is what sold me—it genuinely smells like the air right after you drain spaghetti, that soft starchy warmth with just a hint of umami. I lit it while cooking and the whole room felt cozy without being overpowering.

The burn is slow and even, so that faint umami steam lingers for hours without ever going sharp. I lit it while making risotto and the whole room felt like a cozy, starchy hug. Already ordered a backup.

The kitchen smelled like a real Sunday dinner the whole time this was burning, and the faint umami note is surprisingly cozy rather than weird. It burns slow and steady, so I’ve gotten about five long evenings out of one candle so far.
